Okay, don't know where to start with Dr Latif, I had the pleasure of working with him for a small amount of time but I can honestly, hand on heart say, I have nothing bad to say about this man whether its regarding his relationship with the patients, staff, work ethic, teaching skills or personality. I shadowed Dr Latif in the consultations and even in this small amount of time he taught me so much in terms of consultation skills and medical knowledge. Even on the busiest days, he took the time and explained everything, made me feel very comfortable in asking him about anything, not once did he make me feel stupid and his explanations and analogues were outstanding. He is very easy to talk to, someone who listens attentively and is very understanding. During my time with him, my mind was constantly working and being challenged and I know for sure he is a very knowledgeable man. It was nice to see how he dealt with and spoke about the patients and I could see his genuine care for them and that love for his job. I would highly recommend Dr Latif to anyone whether it's regarding medicinal or learning purposes. If he ever looked into teaching I would happily be an advocate for him. His happy, welcoming and positive attitude was a great motivator everyday. I would hate to see him change and we defiantly need more people like this in the NHS. I could honestly go on and on but to sum up, he is a very knowledgeable and respectful man and I hope that one day I will get to work with him again.

A very polite and informative GP. Welcomed me into his room, shook my hand then when left said it was nice to have met me and shook my hand again. Information and care given was excellent. Very helpful GP who I would highly recommend. Hope he stays working for Lostock Medical Centre!
